Client Request: The client wanted to build a premium guesthouse to accommodate family and out-of-town guests and also expand their garage to store their growing car collection.

Our Approach:

This new build needed to match the elevated style of the main living quarters and provide their guests with luxury accommodations. We matched the current main house exterior including stucco slate roof tile and copper gutters and downspouts.

The gourmet kitchen includes a wine column, freezer drawers, and a massive eat-in island with expansive outdoor entertaining space to host large dinner parties.

Guests will enjoy a welcoming luxury suite with a beautiful American clay fireplace and enjoy the decadence of two steam showers and a workout room.

The home-owners also gained storage for their growing race car collection with an 8-car multi-level, climate-controlled garage.
