Our Approach:

The clients fell in love with this home for its incredible location, but the ornate design style of the previous owners clashed with the minimalist aesthetic they desired during their consultation. 

In place of the high-gloss laminate cabinets the client showed interest in, I suggested natural walnut cabinetry with minimal hardware– the walnut gave a nod to the original style in which the house was built but I modernized the shape and opted to achieve the modern aesthetic my client was after. 

Mid-century modern walnut pendant lights were the perfect addition to a sleek kitchen remodel. The Danish minimalist silhouette paid homage to the 1950s architecture, while the sleek silhouette and warm wood tones matched my client’s requirements.
